JOB PURPOSE:
The job holder is expected to be the main driver behind our Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding strategy and execution. He/she is responsible for planning and implementing key design decisions for talent strategy, designing and monitoring recruitment process, and employer branding activities.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Talent acquisition strategy & budget:
With thorough knowledge of local market, the job holder will work with HRBP Manager to develop a sustainable and competitive talent acquisition strategy and propose annual budget for TA and Employer Branding activities
Allocate recruitment cost effectively on the suitable recruitment channels, analyse the effectiveness of resources and vendors and propose appropriate channels for recruitment activities
Recruitment process:
Develop & monitor Recruitment Process
Propose and control employee referral programs
Be the main coordinator across all HRBP teams, review and edit Recruitment Process yearly to ensure following quality standards
Deploy HRIS, Recruitment Marketing tools
Talent attraction:
Conduct regular research and analysis to identify industry trends, and best practices in employer branding.
Build relationships with different stakeholders, vendors, partners to strengthen De Heus employer image
Develop and implement employer branding strategies that align with the company&039;s overall branding and recruitment goals.
Measure and report on the effectiveness of employer branding initiatives and adjust strategies as needed.
Encourage employees to be brand ambassadors
Partner with HRBP teams to identify recruitment needs and develop targeted employer branding campaigns.
Promote company image via social media channels include but not limited Facebook, LinkedIn, Company Website, job portals
Establish long- term relationship with local universities
Report:
Perform analysis of hiring needs
Conduct relevant analysis to determine key focus, bottlenecks and propose solutions regarding talent acquisition and attraction
Control headcount plan and monthly recruitment reports
Others:
Participate in regional/ global projects when assigned
Being an active participant in projects for continuous improvement

Reputation of De Heus in labor market is strengthened
Ensure headcount plan under control
Ensure an effective strategy and budget in control
