Responsibilities
• Sourcing and attracting candidates by using databases, social media, etc.
• Onboard new employees.
• Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to Managers.
• Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in- person interviews
• Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to recruiting sites and social media
• Manage company’s recruitment process: Screen resumes, schedule interviews, input CVs in HR system, interview candidates and recap to Managers, collect employee documents, generate offer letters.
• Joining external events and operating internal events in order to promote company’s reputation as “Best place to work”.

• Strong communication, reasoning and problem- solving skills.
• Experience in recruiting Automotive domain or SAP systems.
• Holding a Bachelor degree in related fields is an advantage.
• Dynamic, independent, team player and flexible.
• Having more than 3 years of working experience in Recruiting IT or headhunt.

• Salary review 1 time/year or on excellent performance
• Have chance to onsite short- time or long- term in Germany
