Responsibilities

- Efficiency and Effectiveness: ensures that the talent acquisition process operates smoothly and efficiently, optimizes processes and workflows- Data- Driven Decision Making: collects and analyses data related to recruitment processes to provide valuable insights into areas for improvement and help make informed decisions about recruitment strategies.- Candidate Experience: ensures that candidates have a seamless and positive experience throughout the recruitment process- Compliance and Risk Management: compliance with legal and regulatory requirements aligning with relevant laws and regulations, reducing the risk of legal issues or compliance violations.

Qualifications- Personal Qualities: Can- do attitude, able to work under pressure, fast learner, strong interpersonal skills, pro- active, independent thinker
- Education: Bachelor degree
- Job Related Experience: At least 1 year of experience in HR Data Analyst, Workforce Planning, Project Management
- Business Understanding: HR, Data Analytics

- Technical skills: Excel, Power BI, Google Sheets, Lookers (Data Studio)
- Be able to communicate fluently in English (both written and verbal)
