TALENT ACQUISITION SPECIALIST

Job purpose
: To develop and execute recruitment programs to fulfill staffing needs of departments and BU, implement operations of recruitment function of the HR department.
Key Accountabilities
Head Office:

Support business units with appropriate assessment tools to attract, source and select the right talent.
Manage end to end sourcing solutions (attract, source, select and integrate) through understanding business needs and plans. Ensure processes are made in accordance with procedures; coordinate new hire paperwork to ensure compliance with human resources policies and procedures.

Business Unit:

Advising and assisting with efficient hiring practices to meet predetermined objectives
Assess efficacy and control hiring expenses for hiring sources.
Build and consult tools and solutions for efficient candidate database management.

Employer Branding

Participate and carry out initiatives for employer branding.
Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by department.
Efficiently use different recruiting tools, social media, job boards. Develops channels to find and attract qualified candidates.
Develop relationships with external talent to ensure a proactive approach towards a candidate pipeline.

Other HR tasks related

Ability database management and data analyst;
Have effective oral and written communication skills as well as excellent interpersonal skills;
Have a good command of English.
Have intermediate PC skills to format reports, presentations, spreadsheets… processing;
Show strong initiative, exercise sound judgment, and take appropriate action when necessary;
Have strong planning and organizing skills with attention to detail and accuracy; demonstrate the ability to work fairly, independently in planning and managing projects;
Have 3- 5 years of experience in HR, as well as working knowledge of recruitment, employer branding;
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources/ Business Administration or related fields;
