Job Description
Implement recruitment process:
- Manage, organize the implementation of recruitment plan responding to business needs and under the BOD;
- Manage databases, analyze, and report about the effectiveness of the recruitment process.
- Carrying out recruitment activities and projects for technology and non- technology positions;
- Build up candidates database;
- Develop and maintain relations with recruitment partners;
- Update and report labor market information and trends, recruitment situation of its business field;
Build up the talent pool, elaborate and complete recruitment tools/ solutions, manage suppliers:
- Giving the ideas to elaborate strategy and implement the plan to build up talent pool strategy, promote employer branding;
- Elaborating and completing recruitment tools/solutions and recruitment management system: synthesis and update candidates data system, recruitment process, interview guide, test tools system and evaluate candidates, communication tools,....;
- Elaborate and update standard HR structure, job list, and job description system.
Employer branding:
- Create a detailed Content Pillar and develop Communications campaigns based on our Employer Branding strategy that promotes Marathon Education as a Great Place to Work;
- Create reports to capture key insights, popular topics, sentiment, new trends, growth metrics and translate those findings into actionable items.
Requirements
- Critical thinking mindset;
- Education: Bachelor or equivalent;
- Time management, results- oriented;
- Good at computer skills- Microsoft Office- Google Suite;
- Fluent written and spoken English is a must.
- Experiences: At least 3 years in a recruitment position, priority candidates worked in the education company;
- Organization and teamwork, thinking to solve the problem;
- Good at negotiating and communication skills, promoting developing partnership;
