Tax Assistant Manager

Manage tax inquiries and tax audits conducted by the tax authorities; maintain a professional relationship with audiors
Advise in preparation and declaration of local tax filling, including Value Added Tax, Foreign Contractor Tax, Corporate Incom Tax, Personal Income Tax and other tax fillings to ensure compliance with relevant tax regulations
Identifying and quantifying potential tax risks, providing comments on which action could be undertaken to reduce the identified tax exposures
Maintain tax records properly
Support projects and help define systems improvements, process improvements
Monitor and analyze proposed and newly enacted tax legislation, regulations and judicial decisions that impact the company operations and financial position;
Provide advice to accounting team and cross functions regarding to tax entries and reconcilliation of tax related general ledger accounts
Provide tax advice/support on various service lines / business projects targeted Vietnam as well as ad hoc tax matters.
Respond to internal and external tax inquires, and assist business partners with tax issues timely

· Experience in the FMCG industry, Big 4 is a plus
· Detail oriented and possess initiative, pro- active & can- do attitude
· From 2 to 3 years of experience in Tax consultant- Accounting- Auditing.
· Ability to work in a fast- paced and changing environment
· Leadership skills, ability to make timely decisions and influence distribution partners
· Fluent in English
· Excellent knowledge of accounting tax laws and regulations.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel & Power point
· Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Accounting, Finance.
· Collaboration & communication/interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with both internal / external stakeholders and team working in a complex multi- functional environment
