Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Technical IT Manager with a strong background in software engineering, particularly in TypeScript. You’ll manage the engineering team, shape the technical direction, and ensure successful project delivery. Strong English communication skills are essential as you&039;ll work with local and international teams.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor the engineering team, driving productivity and growth.
Perform code reviews and troubleshoot technical issues.
Guide architectural decisions and ensure best practices for scalable, maintainable code.
Oversee IT infrastructure, cloud services, and CI/CD pipelines.
Manage project timelines, scope, and successful delivery of technical projects.
Define and execute the IT and engineering roadmap.

Yêu cầu công việc

Requirements

3+ years of leadership experience, managing engineering teams.
5+ years of software engineering experience with TypeScript, Node.js, React, and/or Next.js.
Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, Docker) and CI/CD.
Problem- solving skills and experience with optimizing production systems.

Nice to Have

Exposure to Shopify, TikTok Shop, or similar integrations.
Experience with e- commerce, logistics, or warehouse management systems.
Familiarity with TRPC and Prisma for building type- safe APIs.
