Job Description:
Performance Marketing
Understand technical setup of FB and GG ads pixel mechanism, UTM tracking and reporting in GA to ensure cross- platform reporting is accurate
Set up Ad campaign on FB and Google display ads
Set up Ad campaigns on FB and Google ads for lead generation campaigns
Continuously learning about the various strategies, and new solutions across all channels to become a digital media/performance marketing expert
Managing internal platforms (website & application) for revenue- generating activities
Explore platforms for digital and performance marketing; TikTok, Youtube, etc.
Monitor and optimize ad performance to ensure KPI deliverable
Campaign and Sales Operations
Assessing and approving pricing and discount benefits, promotional programs, and public ratecard.
Weekly reporting of campaign delivery, monthly reporting of delivery for client billboard
Supporting sales in the briefing phase to develop ad demo, campaign objective, suitable and reasonable KPI
Monitor and optimize ad performance to ensure KPI deliverable
Assisting pre- sales proposal, feasibility, client objectives, and proposing adjustments to campaign flow after considering internal product capabilities.
Internal marketing: Assisting, guiding, and managing company media marketing activities, both online and offline
Post- campaign reports to review performance and KPI achievement
Cost reporting to Sales Operation Leads and Ad campaign cost management
Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent working experience
Have knowledge and experience working with multiple acquisition channels besides performance channels such as KOLs, affiliates, Media, publishing websites
Must have at least 3 years working in performance ad as a Campaign Executive or relevant role
Self- motivated with a results- driven approach
Excellent communication, presentation
Strong problem- solving, teamwork, and ability to work well under pressure
Exceptional interpersonal, and management skills and team player
Experienced in performance marketing and optimization
Good English communication
