Job Description
The Brokerage Specialist is responsible for liaising with customers, broker agencies and customs officials and supervising the brokerage agencies or freight forwarders to ensure goods are cleared through customs or quarantine in accordance with import and export laws and regulations. He/She is also expected to work with colleagues and partners outside to accomplish his/her work.
Identify opportunities for FTA
Check and approval of invoices related to clearance activities
Resolve issues with LSP for shipments in Vietnam
Coordinate with origin countries to receive original Certificate of Origin for custom clearance within stipulated timeline.
Monitoring status of shipments from port to customers&039; warehouses in Vietnam
Follow up from customs approval for Certificate of Origin to tax reimbursement.
Manage and coordinate with broker agents for country import clearance activities for countries in ASEAN
Compilation and updating of reports for FTA cost saving and clearance activities in ASEAN
Implement standard and established compliance administrative activities
Work closely with FT Compliance officer and support in maintenance of HS codes for countries in ASEAN
Coordinate with country sales office on tariff / costs matters, including settlement
Support internal audit tasks.

Qualifications
Fluent in English
Bachelor&039;s Degree in International Trade, Supply Chain, etc
Excellent communication and inter- personal skills with ability to work with cross- functions. Project management experience is an advantage
Strong computer/systems skills like Excel, Power Query, Power BI, ...
Ability to work independently as well as in a team
Strong analysis and problem- solving skill
From 2 years- experience in Supply Chain, Import- Export or related fields. Open for fresh graduate
