WHAT YOU&039;LL DO
Reporting to the Group Marketing Manager, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
Planning Marketing Strategy
Implement a strategic integrated marketing communications plan following correlating budget.
Develop advertising opportunities on ON and OFF channels
Manage & monitor communication channels to promote existing products and services
Content Marketing
Maintain effective internal communications to ensure all relevant internal departments are kept informed of marketing objectives
Analyze advertisement results comparing to KPI.
Evaluate and prepare reports showing the results of marketing campaigns (return on investment, effectiveness, feedback, etc.)
Brand Management & Awareness
Coordinate and manage media/ public interest to generate coverage and maintain awareness of the brand
Managing digital marketing and social media activity across various platforms, including content and advertising tools
Keep current with marketing trends
Lead brand&039;s content team
Plan a monthly/seasonal promotional calendar of activity, generating ideas for new offerings
Customer Engagement & Event
Facilitate customer engagement and retention on- site through marketing channels (eg. tactical offers) to improve brand loyalty, expand outreach, visibility and value.
Respond to media or customer queries/complaints as well as host special events.
Plan & execute monthly event plan for outlet.
Lead event team
Support the Operations team in managing guest experience on- site during events.
What to expect
The role is office based but you will be expected to network and socialize regularly with clients and attend a range of industry events and exhibitions.
You&039;ll be busy working to tight deadlines and juggling multiple projects. This high- pressure environment can be stressful at times.

WHAT&039;S IDEAL TO US
Those who embody the culture of the brand
The ability for creative ideas & treatments for online content in multi- channel campaigns.
At least 2 years of related experience in sales/marketing/service/F&B industry, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Proven track record as managing brand.
Self- motivated, creative flair, eye for detail and resourceful
Has a genuine interest and knowledge of the food and beverage or entertainment industry.
Youthful and energetic and people- minded individuals with a can- do attitude
Good technical knowledge of available standards, methods, tools and applications.
Strong project management skills
Speak English as a native is a big plus
Bachelor&039;s Degree in Sales/Marketing/Business Administration or its equivalent.
Advance computer proficiency. Skilled in digital marketing/social media including Adobe and other design software skills
Strong network of connections is an asset
Excellent communication skills. Able to think and write strategically
