Business Development and Project Management Manager
Directly report to Country Manager
Key Responsibilities
Business Development (Growth & Strategy)

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, contractors, architects, and developers.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities.
Develop and implement business strategies to expand market share and revenue growth.
Manage medium- term (3–5 years) and annual strategic action plans for assigned projects.
Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to design and execute customer programs, trade promotions, and product launch campaigns.

Project Management

Prepare/develop budget and program for planning, approval, and monitoring purposes
Analyze, manage and mitigate risks in project
Carry out the planning and feasibility study analysis of potential new projects
Evaluate progress and prepare detailed reports
Develop detailed project plans including scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
Prepare and deliver progress reports to management and stakeholders
Familiarize with and advise the project team on the local authorities’ approval requirements and procedures.
Collaborate with project owner to determine the specifications of the project

Qualifications & Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields. Master’s degree is a plus.
Experience:

Proven track record in handling large- scale projects (commercial, hospitality, residential, infrastructure).
Experience in building materials, lighting, or construction- related industries preferred.
Minimum 7–10 years in Business Development, Marketing Strategy, or Project Management.

Skills & Competencies:

Strong business acumen and strategic thinking.
Excellent project planning, budgeting, and risk management skills.
Strong data analytical and problem- solving ability.
Sharp negotiation, networking, and stakeholder management skills.
Fluent in English; additional languages (e.g., Thai) are an advantage.
