Customer Service Officer

Manage the loyalty program operations and support in- store usage
Cross functional work with IT dept to ensure best customer quality enrichment in stores
Use telephone to reach out to customers and verify account information and qualify the customer database
Cancel or upgrade accounts.
Resolve and manage customer complaints via all channels (phone, email, mail, or social media)
Prepare the reports for customer service every month
Customer service
Support stores in daily activities to deal with customer’s issues
Enrich loyalty program and loyalty mobile app with add offers/services
Ensure best quality customer service in requested time
Analyze the loyalty program data.
Compose the content for customer service
Assist with placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges.

High demand of English communication
Can work under pressure, respect project timeline; capable of listening and learning, speak and act with conviction
Bachelor of Arts in English, Commerce, Public Relation, Marketing, etc.
Good on interpersonal communication
Pro- active, self- directed, honest, fast- learning, quick- adapt.
Good understanding of customer needs
Having over 1 year experience in customer service
Proficiency in Microsoft Officer (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.)
