YOUR JOBS:
30% Digital Strategy Planning
Monitor website health metrics, including page speed, crawlability, indexation, and UX signals, and proactively identify improvement opportunities.
Develop and execute multi- channels and comprehensive digital marketing strategies and campaigns to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads,
Coordinate website updates, new page creation, and feature enhancements with internal teams and external vendors.
Identify trends and insights, utilize analytical tools to evaluate end- to- end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.
Manage SEO fundamentals and emerging trends, including on- page SEO, technical SEO, site structure, metadata, internal linking, AEO, and other search experience optimizations.
Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.
Ensure website tracking accuracy and data integrity to support performance analysis and decision- making.
40% Optimization
Manage all digital marketing channels organic & paid, commerce (including but not limited to website, social media, email marketing, SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Tiktok Ads and more) to ensure brand consistency.
Find, leverage and enrich the brand&039;s current data resource.
Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
Optimize content, user experience and performance on the digital spaces based on the insights and key learnings from testing campaigns or given data sources.
40% Management & Report
Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
Creating roadmaps, laying down clear action plans, and managing the day- to- day execution of those plans by coordinating between teams.
Work to achieve goals set by management and work to (over) achieve these goals
Manage digital budget and ensure all digital initiatives are delivered within budget and timelines.
