Digital Marketing Executive

Prepare and present monthly/quarterly reports to stakeholders.
Optimize own media channels performance, including organic traffic, bounce rate, and conversion rates to improve user experience and drive lead generation.
Analyse analytics and engagement metrics to measure campaign performance.
Manage and optimise digital campaigns on various platforms.
Develop and execute email marketing campaigns with A/B testing.
Manage digital campaigns, monitor performance reports, analyze data, and make data- driven recommendations.
Create and curate social media campaigns, including content creation, publishing, and community management.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify industry trends and new growth opportunities.
Collaborate with other teams (like content, sales, and customer service) to ensure cohesive and effective marketing campaigns.
Create and implement inclusive digital marketing strategies by utilizing different digital mediums and setting measurable KPIs.

Experience with web analytics tools like Google Analytics and Search Console.
Proficient in marketing automation tools, such as HubSpot, Ahrefs, Yoast, etc.
Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, PPC, Google Ads, email marketing and social media.
A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication, or related fields.
3+ years of experience in digital marketing or content marketing.
