SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES
Knowledge
Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, or Finance.
Knowledge of e- commerce platforms and market trends, preferably in the American market.
Familiarity with SEO/keywords and understanding of sporting goods is advantageous.
Skills
Ability to train and develop team members.
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast- paced environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
Strong leadership, problem- solving, and analytical skills.
Proficiency in English.
Proactive attitude with a focus on continuous learning and self- improvement.
Experience:
Experience in planning and team management (3- 5 members).
2- 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in e- commerce.
