E-commerce Operation Manager

Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Plan and build outbound cross- border products that fit the market demand
Track project performance, determine KPI, and specifically analyze the successful completion of short and long- term goals
Provide customer service to ecommerce customers, including answering customer queries and managing customer feedback and complaints
Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to e- commerce operations.
Negotiate with vendors on pricing
Monitor daily operations of logistics team and ensure the procurement, shipping and warehouse operations are most efficiency
Update on industry trends and customer demand
Identify opportunities and establish relationships with target customers in our target verticals leading to a strong Business Development pipeline
Oversee the inbound/outbound shipment and ensure on time delivery at a minimum cost
Assist with the implementation of any projects/campaigns
Set up the operation process and procedures
Perform risk management to minimize potential risks

- Experience with e- commerce platforms
- A fast learner, ability to multi- task and work independently under high pressure
- Diploma/Degree in Trading/Import- Export/Transportation or relevant major.
- Strong vendor management skills
- Strong experience in building relationship with partners
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Having experience in operations management in e- commerce industry.
- Familiar knowledge in cross- border e- commerce
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Passion in cross- border and logistics
- Good problem- solving abilities
- Knowledge of customer service best practices
