Key Accountabilities:

Ensure seamless logistical arrangements for all meetings, appointments, and events well in advance.
Proactively seek clarification from the Managing Director when uncertainties arise regarding task handling, ensuring alignment with priorities.
Establish and maintain a robust system to track post- meeting actions for the Managing Director, scheduling time for necessary follow- ups.
Handle all requests from the Managing Director promptly and efficiently within agreed- upon time- frames, ensuring no tasks are overlooked or mishandled.
Meticulously organize the Managing Director&039;s calendar, prioritizing high- impact activities in alignment with committed results/KPIs.
Vigilantly monitor the calendar for any misalignment in priorities or time allocation principles, promptly addressing and resolving issues.
Space of Optimizing for Efficiency:
Spearhead digital transformation initiatives, exploring avenues for automation to improve workflow efficiency.
Continuously identify opportunities to enhance efficiency and productivity, seeking ways to streamline processes and tasks to maximize the Managing Director&039;s time.
Key Requirements:
Calendar Management
Exceptional logistical coordination abilities, including scheduling meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, and managing stakeholders across departments.
Strong organizational skills, with a proven track record of managing priorities and leading teams/projects to successful outcomes.
Demonstrated commitment to optimizing efficiency and generating initiatives that drive performance improvements.
Proficient in Microsoft Outlook Calendar with meticulous attention to detail.

Reports
Proficiency in data analysis and project management.
Excellent communication skills, with experience conducting impact one- on- one conversations with senior executives.
Handling all Daily/weekly and monthly reports.
Ability to identify and address inefficiencies effectively, contributing to enhanced productivity.
Verification and Document Management
Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve any discrepancies or issues promptly.
Verify and cross- check payment requests, purchase orders, and other documents received from departments reporting to the Managing Director.
Uphold confidentiality and integrity in handling sensitive information and documents.
Ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures.
Provide regular updates to the Managing Director regarding the status of document verification and management tasks.
