ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
C&B Operation

Continue to develop and implement C&B Policies, Reward & Recognition Programs
Manage working/leave schedule/teaching hour for employees through systems
HR documentation preparation: collect information, recruitment, promotion, termination, transfer, salary adjustment, renewing contract…)
Be the cheerleader celebrate such as birthday, Christmas, year end party, and organize team building
Prepare monthly HR Metrics reports
Be responsible for On/Off boarding process
Manage payroll for employee
Other tasks as assigned by the Manager
Be the great support for team’s projects & initiatives

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

Proficiency in English and Vietnamese. Chinese is a plus but not mandatory.
Willingness to speak out and improve the current process.
HR documentation experience is a plus. For no experience but great potential, he/she will start as an intern.
Good at Math or numbers.
Able to work around deadlines.
Able to do detailed work and be very organized.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Administration or related major.
Hungry to learn new things.

Working hours: Monday to Friday, Saturday upon line manager request
Probation period: 2 months, 100% full salary during probation
