Head of Operations

A n international school in HCMC is looking for a Head of Operation position

Lead and motivate the operational staff and provide them with professional development opportunities
Coordinate with the academic staff to ensure the smooth delivery of the curriculum and the quality of education
Manage the daily operations of the school, including facilities, security, transportation, and catering
Oversee the budget, financial planning, and reporting of the school
Liaise with external stakeholders, such as parents, partners, regulators, and accreditation bodies
Implement policies and procedures to comply with the school&039;s vision, mission, and values

At least 5 years of experience in school administration or management
Ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders, including students, parents, teachers, and staff
Knowledge of international curriculum standards and best practices
Proficiency in English
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
Bachelor&039;s degree or higher in education, business, or related field
