Role Purpose
The Head of Sales will lead the company’s commercial strategy and execution across Vietnam, driving revenue growth, market expansion, and brand presence in both online and offline channels. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership, analytical, and execution capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
Business Strategy & Revenue Management
Develop and implement a comprehensive 1–3- year business strategy aligned with the company’s direction.
Collaborate with Branch Managers, Sales Manager to set and align sales targets, market strategies, and execution plans for each region.
Collaborate closely with Marketing and Product teams to execute sales campaigns and product launches effectively.
Monitor business performance, identify gaps, and adjust strategies to ensure profitability and sustainable growth.
Define target customer segments, pricing strategy, distribution channels, and key product focus areas.
Build annual sales plans, revenue forecasts, and budgets by channel (e- commerce, retail chains, dealers, and project sales).
Business Development & Opportunity Identification
Establish and nurture relationships with strategic partners, including retailers, e- commerce platforms, system integrators, and audio project contractors.
Identify and evaluate new market opportunities within the audio and consumer technology sectors.
Propose innovative business approaches and partnership models to enhance market share.
Lead initiatives to expand into new customer segments, business models (B2B, B2C, D2C), and partnership ecosystems.
Channel Expansion & Partner Management
Lead negotiations, commercial agreements, and sales commitments with key partners.
Optimize multi- channel distribution coverage across retail, project, and online segments.
Implement channel development programs, evaluate partner performance, and ensure channel profitability.
Develop and strengthen the nationwide dealer and distribution network.
Leadership & Team Management
Set clear sales targets, KPIs, and performance evaluation frameworks.
Build and maintain a culture of accountability, motivation, and continuous improvement.
Lead and develop a high- performing national sales team
Coach the team in negotiation, customer management, forecasting, and reporting skills.
Create and execute incentive programs to drive sales productivity and employee engagement.
Sales Analytics & Performance Optimization
Establish and manage a comprehensive sales reporting system (weekly, monthly, quarterly).
Continuously optimize sales costs, marketing spend, and ROI.
Analyze sales data, channel efficiency, and market trends to support data- driven decision- making.
