JOB DESCRIPTION

- Assist expats, Sales, Line Manager to handle requirement, complaining from customers
- Assist Sales manager and General Manager for all requests
- Assist sales, customer service team to get using index information for customers
- Ensure all documents, contracts are dealt with timely maner
- Update and manage CRM for all reports which are requested from line manager or marketing department
- Support sales activities (promotion, customer gift, arrangement machine for lending or returning, color license...)
- Support sales to work with all related departments (Customer Service, Legal, Supply Chain, Technical Team...), customers for machine delivery

REQUIREMENTS

- Ability to work under high pressure
- At least 1 year experience in multi- national companies
- Fluent in English or Chinese
- Experience in Taiwanese/Chinese/Hongkong companies or working with Taiwanese/Chinese/Hongkong is preferred
- Experience in Salesforce, CRM, Oracle is and advantage
- University Degree or equivalent qualification
