JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a Personal
Assistant for Sales Manager Expats (we need one assistant in Ho Chi Minh and one in Hanoi). This position is responsible for:
Manage the day- to- day activities of theManager, including correspondence, document filing, travel arrangements andother general secretarial duties.
Written translation for requireddocuments/letters/materials.
Othertasks assigned by Manager.
Interpretation for Sales Manager in bothinternal and external meetings/interaction
Support sales admin to prepare and completedaily written reports.
Visit market with Sales Manager and arrangepersonal calendar, schedule meetings and attend meetings.
Assist with other general administrativeduties as required.
Daily interpretation, working schedule andactivities and support sales admin on sales report.
On- field travel with Sales Manager formarketing visiting and checking.
REQUIREMENTS
Can work well under high pressure and havegood communication skills
Basicsales knowledge is a plus
Min 1- 2 years working experience as assistant to Sales Director or Sales Manager.
Very good computer skill
Age 22 – 30
Good interpersonal skill, problem solvingskill, persuading, influencing and project management skill
Smart, honest, confidential, careful,earnest, hard- working, team- working
Not be afraid to travel often
Fluent in English
Attention to details; Result oriented
