HR Data Analyst

JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for synthesizing, processing, extracting, and developing human resource reports according to the requirements of relevant parties. Clear data accurately describes the problem and provides the department with practical solutions.
What’s your responsibility?
MANAGE HR DATA & HR SYSTEM

Participate in drafting regulations and managing human resource data on the software system;
Participate in building and developing human resources data management software system;
Provide character data as requested by the Requesting Committee;
Operational administration and guidance and training for software users;

HR DATA ANALYST:

Analyze employee turnover rate,…
Analyze employee performance; Analyze personnel ratios (according to sunshine, income, professional qualifications, personnel structure...);

BUILD HR REPORTS
(weekly/monthly/quarterly/yearly) and other reports like the management asked for.

Experience:

At least 1 year in HR Data Analyst, Data Management, or related role. (Priority is given to candidates who have worked in HR fields, with over 5,000 employees.).

Knowledge:

Familiar with ERP or HR Management software.
Bachelor&039;s degree in business administration, data science, human resources management, or relevant fields.
Understanding of human resources management.
Ability to gather, examine, handle, and compile personnel reports.
The capacity to examine, assess, and suggest suitable tools for human resources management.

Competency:

Good English (Reading & Writing Skills)
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint,), Google Sheets, OneDrive, and updated data analysis tools.
Excellent in reading specialized documents, communicating, and presenting.
