Talent Acquisition Generalist (Mass Recruitment Focus) is responsible for the execution of end- to- end recruitment activities, with a primary emphasis on mass hiring for operational and back- office positions. This role focuses on sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding a high volume of candidates to meet business workforce demands in a timely and efficient manner. In addition to recruitment, the position supports core HR operations and collaborates closely with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth hiring processes and positive candidate experiences. Software/IT recruitment may be supported when required, though it is not the primary focus of the role. The position requires strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and the ability to perform effectively in a fast- paced, high- demand recruitment environment.
Roles, Responsibilities & Typical Activities
Recruitment (Key Focus)
• Track and update recruitment data, and prepare regular recruitment progress reports.
• Manage the end- to- end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, CV screening, interviewing, offer proposal, and follow- up until onboarding.
• Receive and manage recruitment requests from departments, primarily focusing on mass recruitment for operations and other back- office roles; software/IT positions are handled upon request.
• Work closely with hiring managers to clearly understand manpower needs and recommend appropriate recruitment approaches to meet timelines and budget.
• Proactively source candidates through multiple channels such as job portals, social media, employee referrals, career fairs, campus hiring, and other mass recruitment channels.
Onboarding & HR Support
• Prepare and manage recruitment- related HR documentation, including probation contracts and personnel records.
• Support probation tracking and confirmation processes in coordination with line managers.
• Organize and coordinate onboarding / induction programs to ensure smooth integration of new hires into the company.
HR Operations & Improvement
• Apply HR recruitment best practices to enhance candidate quality and candidate experience.
• Participate in reviewing and improving recruitment processes, particularly for mass recruitment efficiency.
• Perform other HR- related tasks as assigned by the HR Manager.
• Support and participate in recruitment events, job fairs, and employer branding activities when required.
