As the HR Manager at Circus Digital, you will play a critical role in shaping and implementing human resources strategies that align with our agency&039;s goals, values, and culture. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR, from recruitment and talent management to employee relations and development. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Employee Engagement: Plan and organize employee engagement activities, events, and initiatives to enhance morale and team cohesion.
- Employee Relations: Proactively manage and resolve employee relations issues, providing guidance and support to foster a positive and productive work environment.
- Learning and Development: Identify training needs, develop training programs, and collaborate with department heads to ensure continuous learning and skills development across the agency.
- Performance Management: Design and implement performance management systems, including setting objectives, conducting performance reviews, and providing coaching and feedback to employees.
- Talent Acquisition: Lead the recruitment process, including crafting job descriptions, posting vacancies, conducting interviews, and selecting candidates who fit our agency&039;s culture and skill requirements.
- Onboarding and Orientation: Develop and manage a comprehensive onboarding program to ensure new hires have a smooth transition into the agency, understanding its values, policies, and work processes.
