HR Manager

HR Strategy and Planning:

Develop, implement, and update HR policies and programs to align with organizational goals.
Regularly review HR practices for effectiveness and compliance.
Collaborate with department heads to address HR needs and create solutions.

Talent Acquisition and Management:

Implement succession planning to ensure leadership continuity.
Oversee onboarding to ensure new hires are well- supported.
Create and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Manage employee performance, including reviews, coaching, and development.

Employee Relations:

Handle employee relations issues such as grievances, disciplinary actions, and terminations.
Foster a positive, inclusive work environment by addressing concerns and resolving conflicts.
Organize engagement activities and events.

Compensation and Benefits:

Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Oversee employee leave programs.
Develop and manage competitive compensation and benefits packages.

HR Administration:

Manage HR programs like training, employee assistance, and wellness initiatives.
Oversee HR systems and processes for efficiency and compliance.
Maintain accurate employee records and documentation.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
Additional: Fluent in English (written and spoken), strong problem- solving and decision- making abilities, capable of independent and team work, excellent organizational and time management skills, attention to detail.
Experience: Minimum 7 years in HR, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
Skills: Strong knowledge of labor laws, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proven HR management success, proficiency in HR software.
