Reports To: Business Executive Manager (BEM)
Purpose of the Role: The HR Manager will lead efforts in talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, and employment review processes to foster a thriving workplace culture. This individual will develop and execute strategies to attract top talent, enhance employee satisfaction, and ensure alignment with company’s growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition Strategy
Partner with department heads to forecast staffing requirements and ensure alignment with business goals.
Design and implement recruitment strategies to attract high- quality candidates for all levels of the organization.
Develop and maintain a talent pool for current and future hiring needs.
Performance Management
Develop and oversee performance management systems, including setting clear goals and conducting regular performance reviews.
Provide coaching and support to managers on performance- related issues.
Ensure that performance feedback is constructive and aligned with employee development plans.
Employment Review Process
Manage the employee review process, including probation assessments, annual reviews, and promotions.
Use review data to identify opportunities for professional growth and recognition.
Work closely with leadership to ensure fair and transparent review practices.
Employee Engagement
Organize events and programs that foster team collaboration and cultural alignment.
Conduct regular employee surveys and analyse feedback to improve workplace satisfaction.
Design and implement initiatives to boost employee morale and engagement.
Candidate Sourcing and Recruitment
Lead the end- to- end recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Ensure a positive candidate experience through clear communication and efficient processes.
Utilize diverse sourcing channels, including social media, job boards, employee referrals, and networking events.
Employer Branding
Collaborate with marketing teams to highlight company culture and career opportunities.
Promote company as an employer of choice through branding initiatives and recruitment marketing.
Compliance and Best Practices
Ensure all HR processes comply with local labour laws and ethical standards.
Stay informed on industry trends and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications and Experience:
Understanding of labour laws and compliance requirements.
Strong knowledge of performance management systems and best practices. • Familiarity with employer branding and workforce planning.
Proven experience in HR management, with expertise in talent acquisition and employee engagement.
English IELTS of 7.5 or above
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Employee retention and satisfaction rates.
Engagement survey results and participation rates.
Feedback on employee engagement initiatives.
Time- to- hire and quality- of- hire metrics.
Successful execution of performance review processes.
