Roles & Responsibilities
HR Operations (50%)
- Perform a variety of daily HR operations of Performance & Reward areas :
- Assist the administrational tasks (data/ information collection, information updating, tracking, …) of the following areas: PIT finalization, Mandatory insurance.
- Carry out the ad- hoc task as assigned
- Reconcile the payable amount of SHUI report, payroll report and proceed payment.
- Proceed monthly payroll reports, final payment report.
- Handle and process onboarding and offboarding process (hard & soft copies); support in filing/auditing of employee information records.
- Follow up PIT registration (PIT code, PIT dependents...) process; SHUI claims process.
- Prepare and submit compulsory reports (Labor report, Incident report…) to authority.
- Supervise issuing Labor Contract process.
Talent Acquisition (50%)
Onboarding & Coordination
- Conduct manually check AVICAD, AML (only for OS & Intern).
- Notify hiring managers on required onboarding set up for new joiners.
- Update new hires to AD, PD Function for functional training arrangement
- Coordinate with onboarding team to set up new joiners&039; logistics & working facilities, including IT setup, Access Card, Parking Card, welcome kit, etc.) for FTE, Intern, and OS.
Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly Tasks
- Oversee the job board including consistent quality of job post, credits usage
- Guide new hires on internal processes.
- Follow up incomplete Cisive background check declaration.
- Process referral bonuses and special allowances.
- Collect and keep tracks of new hires required documents.
- Vendor and contract management.
- Support HR activities and ad- hoc tasks.
- Interview arrangements and candidate testing.
- Report AML, COI data to Compliance, Internal Audit & HR Audit.
