Workplace and IT support Engineer

As a Workplace and IT Support Engineer, you will be responsible for the following tasks

Perform additional IT tasks as assigned.
Manage and support end- user devices, ensuring proper configuration and security.
Drive continuous improvements in your area of expertise while aligning with Group practices
Assist end- users with hardware and software issues.
Contribute to the Knowledge Database and deliver training sessions.
Collaborate with other teams to identify and resolve incidents and negative trends.
Provide statistical reports on IT projects and service desk tickets.
Maintain accurate inventory of IT equipment and software licenses.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex IT issues, escalating as necessary.
Help design project plans, coordinate UAT, and implement solutions.
Provide feedback on IT workplace service delivery projects and changes.

Requirement

3- 5 years of experience in helpdesk/Azure/O365/workplace engineering.
Must have experience with InTune, Azure, and Office 365 environments.
Experience with disaster recovery and business continuity planning.
Relevant technical certifications (e.g., Microsoft AZ- 104, MD- 102, Cisco, CompTIA).
Proficient in technical writing and presentations.
Skills in automation tools such as PowerShell and scripting.
Strong project management skills.
Degree in Information Technology or equivalent.
Excellent communication skills.
Excellent problem- solving abilities.
