JOB DESCRIPTION
As the KOL Manager for Dr. Leo, you will manage relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), develop marketing strategies, and drive brand growth through collaborations. This role involves leading marketing campaigns, managing projects, and ensuring the success of all KOL- driven initiatives. Key Responsibilities:
Measure Campaign Success: Utilize data analytics tools to assess the impact of KOL campaigns. Provide detailed reports on performance and insights for improvement.
Oversee Project Management: Plan, coordinate, and execute KOL- related marketing projects. Monitor progress, manage timelines, and resolve any challenges that arise.
Conduct Market Research: Stay informed on industry trends, social media platforms, and consumer behavior. Evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
Expand KOL Network: Identify and recruit potential new KOLs, growing the network to meet business goals. Foster a strong, engaged community of KOLs.
Manage KOL Relationships: Build strong, long- term relationships with KOLs. Understand their preferences, target audience, and style to ensure suitable collaborations. Handle contract negotiations and monitor KOL performance throughout campaigns.
Develop and Execute Marketing Campaigns: Lead the creation and execution of effective KOL marketing campaigns. Set clear objectives, measure results, and report performance.
Support Content Creation: Collaborate with the team to develop creative content for campaigns. Ensure all materials align with brand guidelines and meet quality standards.
