Mobile Developer (Team Leader)

We are seeking an exceptional Mobile Leader to ensure the quality and performance of our mobile applications in the fields of AI and Blockchain. The candidate will play a crucial role in leading the development of both native and hybrid mobile applications, while maintaining a leadership role in managing teams and time effectively.
Responsibilities:

Continuous support for the entire mobile application lifecycle.
Manage creation and maintenance of mobile applications.
Write test scripts and evaluate through the user interface to identify problems.
Collect feedback from users, based on specific requirements to propose solutions.
Plan, execute and manage new mobile application development projects.
Contribute to application design, testing, release, and user support.
Troubleshoot and debug to optimize mobile app performance.
Write code and optimize it so it can be used in the future.
Recommend and deploy new mobile products, applications and protocols.
Always updated with new technology trends
Ensure new and legacy applications meet quality standards.
Lead the team to ensure software quality standards agreed are met.
Identify and plan new features.
Become a mentor for the team and support the newcomers to ensure a quick ramp- up.

Strong knowledge of modern design patterns and architectures (MVVM & Components Oriented Programming)
Solid knowledge of using Git, Github
Experience working with API, AI
A proactive person, highly self- motivated and creative problem- solver.
Extensive experience with applying consumer- centric design processes, while collaborating with cross- functional teams including Product Managers and UI/UX, Tester, Core team,...
The ability to solve complex problems and produce clean coding quality.
Know how to optimize application performance.
Priority is given to having experience in bringing applications to the Apple Store and Play Store.
2 years’ experience as a Team leader and at least 5 more years developing mobile applications on React- Native platform.
