Receptionist

Check and register any tenant’s visitors, ensuring that the necessary details are obtained, i.e., passport, ID card, etc.
Carry out check- in and check – out process.
Receive all complaints / requests from tenants and forward to relevant departments or report directly to Line Manager. Keep tracking of the cases until it is resolved.
Update occupancy & unit status details on the computer system, giving copies to authorized parties.
Answer the telephone promptly and clearly in a courteous and friendly manner.
Prepare any key cards for the next day’s tenant arrivals
Perform other tasks as requested by Line Manager.
Follow up, record, read, process information within authority and keep the FO Logbook up to date daily.
Receive tenant’s payment and issue a proper receipt

Open for Fresher, have more than 6 months experience in similar role is an advantage.
Proficient in English, especially fluent communication skills.
Graduated from College in related fields.
Able to work in shifts: Shift 1: 6am- 2pm, Shift 2: 2pm- 10pm, Shift 3: 10pm- 6am (night shift).
