ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for building and maintaining relationships with third- party suppliers to ensure input products meet desired quality and are delivered within deadlines.
Prepare reports for the client and internal team.
Meet and communicate consistently with internal and external teams to manage timelines, assets, progress, and client deliverables.
Administrative tasks under the line manager&039;s direction: setting up meetings, checking, records, contracts, paperwork, etc.
Support to manage project scope and timelines. Implement any necessary processes and procedures.
Work with other internal departments such as Strategic Planning/ Digital Media/ Creative/ Social to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
Assist in smooth and on- time project development and execution.
REQUIREMENT
2+ years working in Creative Agency as an Account Executive or relevant positions and want to improve your skill in these fields.
Understanding of deadlines, budget management and deliverables
Good client service skills
Good presentation and proposal development skills
Must be highly detail- oriented and experienced in running to a project schedule.
Flexible thinking and open minded
Good at English
Good at both of working in team and individually
Ability to move from analysis to concept and persuasively introduce new ideas
