Job Summary
We are seeking a well- rounded and driven Business Development Manager to support both daily business operations and longer- term strategic initiatives. This role sits at the intersection of planning, execution, and cross- functional collaboration—helping turn business ideas into action through structured coordination, partner engagement, and data- backed decision- making. You will work closely with senior stakeholders to ensure that both growth projects and core business processes are delivered with impact, speed, and alignment.
Responsibilities
Strategic Planning
- Support the Business Development Manager/Director in analyzing market trends, business performance, and growth opportunities from both external and internal VinShop.
- Participate in building business cases, feasibility studies, and commercial proposals for new initiatives/projects.
- Contribute to the preparation of strategic reports, presentations, and leadership documents.
- Assist in tracking key business metrics (e.g. revenue, GMV, user behavior, adoption rate) and turning insights into action plans.
Execution & Coordination
Regional / Business- as- Usual (BAU) Operations
- Coordinate with regional teams and field operations to support business rollout, sales tracking, and campaign activation.
- Support preparation of weekly/monthly business reviews and routine performance reports.
- Monitor execution progress across key markets and flag operational issues or deviations from plan.
Strategic Initiative Execution
- Coordinate alignment across internal teams to resolve blockers and maintain execution momentum.
- Collaborate with cross- functional stakeholders (Product, Marketing, Data, Tech, Finance) to deploy strategic workstreams and pilots.
- Participate in post- project analysis, lesson- learned documentation, and recommendation drafting for next- phase rollout.
- Track project timelines, key milestones, and dependencies to ensure timely delivery of initiatives.
Partnership Development
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure partner enablement and delivery alignment.
- Support in drafting commercial terms, MoUs, and briefing decks for partnership discussions.
- Assist in partner profiling, initial outreach preparation, and performance tracking.
