Responsible for C&B and recruitment of company for 1 member company of ITL Corporation
Recruitment:
Responsible for finding and recruiting candidates
Payroll & Tax
Compile annual PIT finalization for employees and report to Tax Dept
Execute monthly payroll and coordinate with Finance to ensure timely and accuracy remittance for employees.
Complete monthly PIT declaration for employees and report to Tax Dept
Follow up to register personal income tax code for employees and dependent list with Tax Department
Ensure PIT certificate reports are submitted to Tax Authorities timely
Ensure the PITs are in line with laws
Contact Tax authorities on new issues of personal income tax and inform to employees promptly
Insurances
Compulsory Insurances
Delivery medical card to staffs on time.
Consult to leaving staff to claim the Insurances
Make the report to SI Dept. every month as per mandatory requirement such as increase headcount, decrease headcount, salary adjustment, maternity leave, sick leave …
Process for Close SI Book and deliver for leaving staffs
Make reconcilement between company data with Social Dept.’s monthly/quarterly
Process for open SI book and HI Card for all employees
Health Insurances
Make the report to the Insurance Company every month such as increase headcount, decrease headcount.
Delivery Health card to staffs on time
Make reconcilement between company data with the Insurance Company at the end of the contract
Complete all tasks related to the contract renewal.
Employee declaration
Complete the report to DOLISA Dept. biannually (25 May & 25 Nov) as per mandatory requirements such as increasing headcount, decrease headcount.
Labor contract
Ensure compliance with the labor contract process.
Manage and prepare labor contracts, annex.
OTHERS
On behalf of HR Dept to solve or make decision issues related to C&B when he/ she takes off.
Ensure all info related to promotion, salary, job titles adjustment, resignation decision, employee confirmation,… updated into HRM System
Record employee documents, all documents related to insurance, salary, bonus, labor contract, resignation decision,…
Inform resigned employee (if occurs)
All tasks related to resignation process
In charge of preparing all announcements related to C&B
Check and input employee data into HRM System
Support to prepare data for salary review and bonus yearly
