Job Summary
This position also manages the CEO’s management cadence, ensuring performance tracking, issue resolution, and timely decision- making across all divisions. The Senior Manager may own selected high- impact strategic projects and serve as the business lead for initiatives that significantly influence GHN’s growth and transformation.
The Senior Manager of Corporate Strategy & CEO Office partners directly with the CEO and Executive Leadership Team to shape GHN’s long- term strategic roadmap and translate it into actionable company- wide initiatives. The role leads the full strategic planning cycle—defining strategic priorities, building execution roadmaps, aligning cross- functional stakeholders, and driving disciplined follow- through.
What You Will Do
Partner with CEO & Executive Leadership to define GHN’s strategic direction
Co- develop strategic priorities, business models, and resource allocation frameworks.
Consolidate insights and ensure coherent communication of strategy across the management team.
Lead the end- to- end strategic planning cycle
Track progress, monitor risks, and propose timely solutions to maintain execution momentum.
Translate strategic directions into company- wide and divisional projects with clear accountability and milestones.
Drive annual and multi- year strategy planning; define initiatives, KPIs/OKRs, execution roadmaps.
Build internal strategic capabilities
Develop and standardize planning frameworks, processes, tools, and templates.
Support the CEO in strengthening strategic thinking and decision quality across leadership teams.
Lead special projects & strategic initiatives
Own selected strategic projects, ensuring end- to- end delivery of tangible business value.
Conduct benchmarking, financial modelling, and opportunity assessments for new business ventures or improvements.
Who You Are
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Finance, Economics, or related fields.
Strong communication and executive- level presentation skills in Vietnamese and English (Chinese is a plus).
5–10 years of experience in strategy, consulting, business planning, or corporate development.
Highly structured, analytical, detail- oriented, and capable of producing top- quality strategic deliverables.
High integrity, discretion, and professionalism in handling confidential information.
Strong capability in PowerPoint and Excel; able to craft strategic narratives and synthesize insights.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively with senior leaders in fast- paced and highly cross- functional environments.
