As the Senior Marketing Executive – B2B Marketing (Event Planning) at PMAX, your mission is to drive qualified lead generation and brand credibility through strategic, insight- led event initiatives. You&039;ll play a key role in turning events into high- performing demand generation channels, enhancing the buyer journey, and fueling the B2B growth pipeline.
Job Description
Event- led Demand Generation
Plan and execute events that directly support lead generation, nurturing, and conversion goals
Collaborate with sales and performance teams to track event- sourced and event- influenced pipeline
Align event formats and topics with sales funnel stages and target account personas
End- to- End Event Management
Own event strategy, planning, production, and post- event execution
Deliver consistently high- quality, brand- aligned executions across all formats
Manage logistics, vendors, content, run- of- show, and attendee experience
Cross- functional Collaboration
Support sales enablement with tailored event assets and follow- up communications
Work with internal teams (sales, content, design, performance) and external partners
Ensure event messaging, materials, and goals align with overall marketing and business objectives
Performance Tracking & Reporting
Define KPIs such as registrations, attendance, MQLs, SQLs, and ROI
Track event performance and attribution using CRM and analytics tools
Deliver actionable insights for continuous improvement
Job Requirements
Skills & Knowledge & Qualification
Must have
Analytical thinking and problem- solving ability, with a bias toward action
Strong project management and organizational skills; detail- oriented under tight deadlines
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Experience in working with cross- functional teams and managing external vendors
Growth mindset, ownership mentality, and adaptability in a fast- moving environment
Demonstrated ability to run both virtual and offline events with measurable outcomes
2–3 years of experience in B2B marketing with a proven focus on event planning and execution
Good to have
Familiarity with CRM and automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Mailchimp)
Background in marketing agencies or high- growth companies
Event production experience across different formats (e.g., roundtables, hybrid events, co- branded activations)
Experience in demand generation or performance marketing campaigns
Awareness of how AI, MarTech, or data tools can enhance B2B marketing effectiveness
