Senior Quality Control (QC)

The Senior Quality Control (QC) ensures the highest quality standards in software development. This role involves rigorous testing, quality assurance, and continuous process improvement. The Senior QC will work closely with cross- functional teams to ensure products meet both internal and external quality requirements before release.

Quality Assurance and Reporting: Test and ensure that the product complies with quality standards, identify, analyze, and report test results. Prepare and present post- release product quality reports to management.
Data Analysis and Process Improvement: Collect and analyze data to identify opportunities to improve products and processes, minimizing recurring errors.
Inter- departmental Coordination: Work with other departments to maintain product quality and support troubleshooting issues.
Knowledge Sharing and Training: Support QC team members to improve skills and maintain/improve quality control processes.
Develop and Execute Tests: Develop, maintain, and execute manual/automation test cases for API and Front- end.
Collaborate with Development Team: Work closely with the development team to design testing strategies, understand project requirements, and prepare test data and documentation.

Experience in working in cross- functional or agile teams
Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, tools, and techniques.
5+ years of experience.
Good critical thinking and problem- solving skills
Strong ability in creating test plans, test cases (test scenarios), test design, stress tests, and related test documents.
Have experience in using Performance/Load testing tools (e.g JMeter, Blazemeter, Locust, etc.)
Ability to coach, mentor, and train junior testers.
Have experience in designing, implementing, and executing test automation for APIs
Intuitive knowledge of where, when, or how the software will fail.
Ability to work under pressure with high adaptability and flexibility.
Experience in JavaScript/TypeScript & SQL is a big plus.
