Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding Specialist

Scope of work: Employer Branding (70%) and Talent Acquisition (30%)
Report to: Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding Manager
JOB DESCRIPTION

Build long- lasting relationships with university partners.
In- corporate with related stakeholders to identify EVP and promote the EVP through various channels/digital platforms.
Continuously review past projects for improvement, and provide feedback of these results to stakeholders and make data- driven decisions about future Employer Branding activities.
Understand the talent profiles and develop recruitment strategies to attract top talents.
Build talent pipelines on various channels and enhance current programs to improve quality, speed, efficiency, and overall strategic value of talent acquisition.
Measure and report the effectiveness of Employer Branding campaigns on analytics.
Produce Employer Branding strategies and programs to build the employer brand in various channels.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum 1 year of experience with a strong background in TA/EB/Branding/Marketing/Communications.
Proficiency with Social media platforms (Focus on LinkedIn, Facebook, Ads).
Skills: Organization, Logical thinking, Time- management, Communication and Interpersonal Skills.
Have experience in event organizing, creating and managing content on social platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn and other platforms).
Attitude: Fast- Adapt, Resilient, Can- do attitude, Teamwork.
