JOB PURPOSE:
• The job holder is expected to be the main driver behind our Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding strategy and execution. He/she is responsible for planning and implementing key design decisions for talent strategy, designing and monitoring recruitment process, and employer branding activities.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Talent acquisition strategy & budget:
• Allocate recruitment cost effectively on the suitable recruitment channels, analyse the effectiveness of resources and vendors and propose appropriate channels for recruitment activities
• With thorough knowledge of local market, the job holder will work with HRBP Manager to develop a sustainable and competitive talent acquisition strategy and propose annual budget for TA and Employer Branding activities
Recruitment process:
• Propose and control employee referral programs
• Deploy HRIS, Recruitment Marketing tools
• Develop & monitor Recruitment Process
• Be the main coordinator across all HRBP teams, review and edit Recruitment Process yearly to ensure following quality standards
Talent attraction:
• Encourage employees to be brand ambassadors
• Conduct regular research and analysis to identify industry trends, and best practices in employer branding.
• Develop and implement employer branding strategies that align with the company&039;s overall branding and recruitment goals.
• Partner with HRBP teams to identify recruitment needs and develop targeted employer branding campaigns.
• Establish long- term relationship with local universities
• Build relationships with different stakeholders, vendors, partners to strengthen De Heus employer image
• Promote company image via social media channels include but not limited Facebook, LinkedIn, Company Website, job portals
• Measure and report on the effectiveness of employer branding initiatives and adjust strategies as needed.
Report:
• Control headcount plan and monthly recruitment reports
• Perform analysis of hiring needs
• Conduct relevant analysis to determine key focus, bottlenecks and propose solutions regarding talent acquisition and attraction
Others
• Being an active participant in projects for continuous improvement
• Participate in regional/ global projects when assigned
EXPECTED RESULTS:
• Ensure headcount plan under control
• Contribute to improve processes relevant to TA
• Ensure recruitment process under control and effective
• Reputation of De Heus in labor market is strengthened
• Ensure an effective strategy and budget in control

Yêu cầu công việc

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor’s degree level or equivalent, business, management and psychology qualifications will be advantageous
EXPERIENCES:
• Strong networking skill and organizing skill
• 2- 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition/Employer Branding role in a matrix organization with strong experience in leading employer branding activities, especially collaboration with universities
• Experience working in a fast- paced environment with competing demands while maintaining adaptability and flexibility
