Talent Acquisition Executive (Mass)

Keeping track status of manpower and plan for recruitment
Do HR admin tasks such as job ads writing, checking personal documents of staff and prepare for on- boarding
Ensure accuracy and availability of records and reports concerning all phases of recruitment and HR system
Updating information about recruitment trend
Fulfil hiring of assigned job openings within agreed timelines while balancing high fill rate, minimal attrition, and low offer rejection
Handling recruitment process to hire the best suitable talent employees (sales for commodity)
Proceeding and supporting with the identification of potential candidates through interview processing
Assist the Recruitment Team as necessary and undertake other tasks and projects that may be assigned from time to time
Coordinate to update manpower issues

Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing as appropriate for the needs of the audience
Bachelor&039;s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or relevant majors
2 years of experience in mass recruitment (sales) for Finance, Trading, Stock market, Commodity.
Knowledge of internal recruitment process
Detailed oriented, positive thinking and good work ethic
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially in Microsoft Excel
