Mass and Back Office (BO) Recruitment – 50%
Support the team to manage end- to- end recruitment process (including job posting, screening, interviewing, offering, background check….)
Screen applications and short- listed for interview rounds.
Proactively search and approach potential good candidates.
Work with HRBP and stake holders for Job Requirement and demand of vacancies.
Build talent pool of critical positions.
Build relationships with key stakeholders. Provide recruitment advice for hiring managers with a deep understanding of labor markets.
Create sustainable talent acquisition recruitment strategies and techniques.
Execute recruiting all assigned positions in time as demand for the organization via diversified channels.
Expat Recruitment – 40%
Provide support for onboarding and retention of expat hires, offering relocation assistance and cultural integration.
Manage end- to- end expat hiring, including interviews, arrangements.
Build relationships with international recruitment partners to create a consistent pipeline of expat candidates.
Ensure compliance with legal requirements for hiring expats, including work permits and contractual obligations.
Lead the recruitment of foreign teachers (Expats), focusing on sourcing through global channels.
Employer Branding activities – 10%
Recommend measures to improve employee retention.
In charge of planning, developing, managing, and overseeing employer branding activities.
Work with the Marketing team to maintain & develop the company&039;s profiles on social media (LinkedIn, FB) job boards, website to ensure consistent branding and widen resources.
Inspire potential employees to be brand ambassadors and manage employee referral programs.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
3- 5 years&039; experience in a similar role, including mass recruitment and expat hiring.
Strong sourcing skills across multiple channels.
Knowledge of selection methods and techniques.
Experience with job postings on social media.
Ability to multi- task under pressure with a ‘can- do’ attitude.
Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
Mass recruitment experience is highly preferred; a network in education is a plus.
Adaptable in fast- paced environments with flexible recruitment solutions.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
