Talent Acquisition Specialist

Build recruitment brand & attract candidates
Design attractive content of positions in accordance with the employer branding strategy.
Post recruitment content on recruitment channels as website, hiring website, Fanpage, Linkedin.
Develop & execute recruitment plans
Collaborate with Hiring Manager to build an effective recruitment plan:
- Analyze recruitment requirements & position, and provide advice to the Hiring Manager.
- Determine appropriate recruitment channels, budget, lead time, and appropriate recruitment steps.
- Check Headcount plan for each position according to recruitment requirements.
Propose & implement the recruitment plan.
Interview and assessment
Sending candidate Offer emails and updating employee status after Offer.
Conduct an initial phone interview.
Evaluate candidates and update the status of each interview round.
Communicate with the Hiring Manager to select candidates and finalize income levels by position.
Conduct negotiations with candidates.
Screen candidate CVs.
Arrange interviews with the Hiring Manager.
On boarding
Coordinate with relevant departments to prepare support equipment (computers, uniforms...).
Design Welcome OB for new employees and announce it on the internal communication channel.
Follow the probationary status of employees during the probationary period.
Coordinate with relevant departments to develop an integration onboarding training.

Requirements
Data driven mindset & good calculation.
Patience & diligent & responsibility.
Good English communication & interpersonal communication.
Experience in Talent acquisition/Recruitment 3++ years at manufacturing or tech industry, prefer both Tech/Non Tech.
Eager to learn & accept the challenge.
