ent & Experienced hires:
Connect across RSM team within the firm to identify hiring needs;
Keep track of the list of qualified candidates together with Hiring Manager.
Build and maximize recruitment channels and networks to develop and maintain relationships with employment agencies, universities, and other recruitment services to find out the best solution for recruitment work
Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our Applicant Tracking System (Base- Ehiring system)
Prepare job descriptions, job analysis, job evaluations and job classifications
Manage the contracts with recruitment channels
Be responsible for the coordination of staffing and recruitment processes of the firm and conduct the full cycle of recruitment process: Posting job, CV screening, interview arrangements, Offer Letter preparation and signing, etc.
Onboarding process:
Update the profile of candidates database to RSM pool (using Base E- hiring tool);
Plan onboarding strategies and perform new employees’ orientation to deliver an exceptional first- day experience at RSM Vietnam;
Send email to support functions to prepare logistics for new staffs joining;
Branding:
Organize and attend the career events, office visit events, job fairs;
Maintain and develop good relationship with partnership, universities and student clubs
Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Team to enhance awareness and understanding of RSM Brand name by support holding branding activities such as university tour for potential students, career fairs, webinar, etc.;
Others:
Handle headcount report, recruitment channels report, recruitment cost report, turnover rate report and other reports as required
Plan headcount planning and Talent Acquisition Team&039;s budget planning by yearly
Connect across the HR team to participate in HR projects and activities
Generating monthly, quarterly, haft year recruitment budget reports
Conducting exit interviews promptly after receiving resignation letters, and analyze exit interviews and make actionable recommendations based on data (Assistant to Deputy Manager)
Perform other tasks assigned by the Management
Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics.
Form, maintain employee records and transfer to Total Rewards Team
