Talent Acquisition Specialist

This position plays the role of Talent Partner of ITC division. He/she will take care of sourcing, attracting IT talents and driving the company’s success and innovation. By fostering strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates, I aim to create a seamless and positive recruitment experience that aligns with our organizational goals and culture.

Proactively partner with technical teams to understand their hiring needs and ensure relevant recruitment experience;
Support Employer Branding activities;
Develop and implement strategies to source and attract top IT talent;
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates, provide them with accurate and inspiring information about career opportunities;
Develop and maintain a diverse pipeline of high- quality technical candidates for current and future needs;
Contribute to the development of talent acquisition strategies;
Facilitate all aspects of the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening candidates, conducting interviews, and managing the remainder of the hiring process;

Experience in successful recruiting from Senior to Manager- level positions is a plus;
Bachelor’s Degree required;
Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
Strong sourcing skills to develop and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates.
Broad knowledge of IT products and services;
3- 5 years of experience in IT recruitment;
