Talent Acquisition Specialist

Talent Acquisition scope (80%):

Follow and propose a recruitment plan to make sure of the human resources of the company.
Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events.
Support to onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated.
Screen candidate’s resumes & job applications. Propose new method/tool to verify candidate qualification.
Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements.
Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices.
Source suitable candidates by getting to know key players in your industry and building strong professional networks.

Internal Communication event (20%):

Take part in ideal- brainstorming activities
Check and give idea for communication materials (post, video, thump...)
Own and implement logistic plans for event execution

Be able to manage multiple assignments at the same time and maintain a high standard of work.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
College/ University graduated in Human Resource Management, Business Administrator major.
Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks.
Good at Microsoft Word/ Excel.
At least 02 years experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role.
Execute basic design task for Recruitment/Internal events.
Experience in working at IT company ( AI domain is preferred).
