Core People Process

Implement and sustain HR Core Processes (Performance Management, Engagement Survey, Manager Quality Survey, 360 Feedback, etc.) as well as support Line Manager by tracking completion progress to ensure timely and accurate alert to Line Manager.

Talent Management

Lead onboarding program by designing the scheme, ensuring initial launch is smoothly implemented in all locations and review the effectiveness of this program to bring positive experiences to newcomers.
In order to build talent pool and develop people capability; design, implement & cascade talent management programs as guideline from Line Manager to implement programs effectively and meet KPI of each project, such as Management Trainee, Functional career roadmap, etc.

Organization Design

Ensure quality execution through a hands- on approach to the design and delivery of organizational development and design projects. Build a reputation for quality and impact. Ensure that systematic methods of measuring quality and impact are in place.
Develop job competency and professional development programs for employees.

Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Marketing, BA
Strong organizational and project management skills
Good writing and editing skills, verbal communication skills
Good at English (communication, reading & writing)
2- 3 years of experience in Talent Management, preferably in retail industry
Highly organized and detail- oriented with outstanding follow- through skills; ability to establish and meet deadlines and manage multiple projects
Learns fast, grasps the ‘essence’ and can change quickly were indicated
Proactive and adaptive flexibility, solution- oriented
