We are looking for a Consultant (Client Android) as part of the Customer Success and Support Department.
Your role & responsibilities
- Working together with Technical Support Team and Cross-Functional teams to troubleshoot incident, problem and change management to ensure all reported issues are resolved as per pre-defined SLA
- Create and maintain API Bridge solution between V-Key SDK and cross platforms (i.e. Flutter, ReactNative, Cordova...)
- Managing V-Key Diagnostic Application including maintain, update application regularly
- Participate in the project with customer to support the integration of V-Key solution
- Provide on-call/remote support outside regular business hours as and when required.
Your skills & qualifications
Must have:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in building software for Android
- Experience with third-party libraries and APIs
- Working knowledge of the general mobile landscape, architectures, trends, and emerging technologies
- Solid understanding of the full mobile development life cycle
Nice to have:
- Experience with iOS development, cross platforms development (i.e. Flutter, React Native, Cordova, Kony...)
Soft skills:
- Able to handle pressures while working on high priority/critical incidents
- Work in a team environment
- Be smart, driven, curious, and empathetic support member
- Love to work with multi-national customers
- Good at interpersonal communication with strong verbal/written English skills
- Previous experience supporting software products and resolving complex technical queries
- Experience in a customer-facing role within a high-tech industry, ideally with direct exposure to troubleshooting technical issues
- Willing to work beyond business hours as and when required (Overtime benefit will be provided)
- Willing to travel oversea to work at customers’ site as required
