Personnel planningSupport the Country Director and General Manager of Administration with HR strategy and planning tasks related to current HR needs as well as forecasting future needs, recruitment, and retention of talent , succession planning, crisis management, and leading diverse and inclusive teams.● Identify risks, propose and implement necessary changes to address risks related to human resources;● Monitor salary trends, good practices, changes in regulations, policies, and new technology in human resource management;● Analyze human resource data including performance evaluation, turnover rate, recruitment and HR policy goals in accordance with the organization&039;s strategy;● Develop job descriptions suitable for each job position, evaluation system, and advise on human resources issues.
Recruitment
● Manage the talent acquisition process, including recruiting, interviewing and screening qualified candidates; Coordinate with department heads to understand the skills and competencies required for vacancies;● Coordinate with departments to implement integration training programs for new employees, including training schedules, logistics, training materials, and storage systems.
Development training
● Identify training needs; Develop and implement training programs for employees, evaluate the effectiveness of training programs;● Initiate and promote training and development programs to provide internal development opportunities for employees;● Training for managers on performance appraisals, interview processes, workforce planning, crisis management, and leading diverse and inclusive teams;● Coordinate with the Program department to organize annual training on CSP policy and report to Global Human Resources and notify DOET and DOFA.
Compensation and benefits
● Support the Country Director and General Manager of Administration in designing, updating, implementing policies and evaluating workplace practices, employee satisfaction surveys, process manuals, drafting Drafting employee handbooks, including translation;● Survey and update salary forecasts for financial purposes;● Design and manage salary and benefit regimes to ensure competition in the market;● Manage payroll, bonuses, social insurance, taxes and other benefits for employees and ensure compliance with legal regulations;● Draft labor contracts, implement accident insurance policies for OSVN employees.
Evaluate work performance
● Develop measurement scales and job performance expectations● Implement and manage the employee evaluation system, reporting to the National Director and General Director of Administration for salary review.
Labor management
● Manage and supervise the entire work cycle of OneSky Vietnam employees including recruitment, integration, team development, employee retention, disciplinary action, implementation of welfare and termination benefits , and oversees the coordination and implementation of annual performance reviews;● Data entry and storage of all employee records online and in paper form, including salary records, personnel records, labor contracts, performance evaluations and benefit payments profit;● Manage and resolve complex and sensitive issues such as labor relations, disciplinary actions, emergency situations, employee complaints... and discuss with management and supervisors department to take appropriate solutions.
Other jobs
● In charge of internal communications (via email, Slack, etc.);● Identify and screen HR- related vendors (e.g., HR technology services), negotiate favorable terms and conditions for OneSky;● In charge of work permit/visa applications for OneSky employees;● Organize activities to promote OneSky culture, values and wellbeing, including supporting the global OneSky Benefits Council;● Perform additional duties as necessary and appropriate to the nature of this position
