Human Resources Manager

JOB PURPOSE

- To guide and manage the overall provision of Human Resources services, policies, and programs for the entire company. Report to the Director of Operations, the Human Resources Manager assists and advise company managers about Human Resources issues.

JOB DESCRIPTION IN DETAIL

- Human Resources Manager establishes and leads Human Resources practices and objectives that will provide an employee- oriented, high performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, quality, productivity and standards, goal attainment, and the recruitment and ongoing development of a superior workforce- Coordinate implementation of HR services, policies, and programs

- Coordinate employee orientation, development, and training; policy development and documentation
- Coordinate Recruiting and staffing; organizational planning; performance evaluation and improvement systems
- Coordinate other aspect of employee safety, welfare, wellness and health, charitable giving, and employees’ services and counseling.
- Coordinate employee relations; company- wide committee facilitation; company employee and community communication; compensation and benefits administration;
- Plan and execute organizational professional development; employment and compliance to regulatory concerns

- Experience: At least 5 year experience in the same position (prefer in international schools/ universities; foreign invested firms)
- Deep understanding of current HR legislation, policies and practices in Vietnam
- University degree, major in Human Resource Management or relevant fields (prefer candidates with U.S. education)
- Exellent written and communication English skills.

- Working hour: Mon- Fri (8am- 5pm) and Sat (8am- 12 noon)

- Working location: Da Nang city
